How to use the features

Scheduling

Plan and manage appointments, tasks, and milestones directly in the “Appointments” tab of your network.

Step by step:

  1. Log in at stiftungschweiz.ch.

  2. Open the desired network under “Network”.

  3. Click on the “Appointments” tab.

  4. Create a new appointment (type: meeting, milestone, or task).

  5. Add the title, date and, if you wish, time, location, and description.

  6. Optional: activate reminders and add a video conference link.

  7. All network members will be notified automatically.

  8. Appointments can be exported as calendar entries.


Document Storage

Save and organise all relevant documents centrally, structured and securely, directly in the “Documents” tab.

How to:

  1. Open the “Documents” tab within the network.

  2. Click “Add” to upload files, links, or folders.

  3. Create your own folder structure if needed.

  4. Documents shared in posts will automatically also appear under “Documents”.

  5. Access control ensures that only authorised members can access them.


AI-Powered Workflows

The AI assistant helps you manage complex tasks more easily – for example, summarising dossiers, drafting agendas, or creating recommendations.

How it works:

  1. Open the “AI Assistant” tab in the network.

  2. Enter your question or task in the “Ask me a question” field.

  3. Submit – and the answer appears directly in the context of your documents and posts.

  4. The AI assistant can be activated optionally. Contact us to have it enabled for you.
