There are three possible statuses for projects:

  • Draft

  • Public

  • Private

Draft

When you create a new project, it is in draft mode. In this mode, it is only displayed to you. As soon as you have entered all the details in the two tiles 'First steps' and 'Project story', you can publish the project. To do this, click on the 'Publish' button. You will then be shown a summary of your details. Check everything again and click on "Publish" if you are happy with your details. You then have the choice of making the project public or private. Select your desired option and click on 'Publish' again.

Public

If you make your project public, it will be visible to all users of the platform. It is then linked to your organisation profile and you can collect donations for the project.

Private

If you do not want to present the project to all users, but only to selected people or funding organisations, you have the option of setting the project to private. You can then share the URL of the project portrait with selected people or organisations. However, the project will not be linked to your organisation profile and you will not be able to collect donations for it. You can also submit grant requests for projects in private mode via our grant request system.
