As a decider, you can access the decision module and assess grant requests there. You can access your decision module in one of two ways:
Log in to stiftungschweiz.ch and click on “Grant Requests”.
Or: if you received an email with a magic link to the decision module from the administrator of your organization, simply click the link. You’ll be taken directly to your decision module without logging in.
Overview of grant requests
In the overview, the requests are divided into four statuses: Received, In review, Approved, and Rejected. For each grant request, you can see at a glance who submitted it (person or organization), for which project, the requested and total needed amount, the project duration, and the main request text. On the right-hand side, you'll find the message or task from your account’s administrators ·s.

Labels
To manage and filter requests, a smart labelling system is used. Administrators and managers can assign labels. In the overview, you can filter by existing labels: click the three-line icon next to “Labels” and select the ones you wish to filter by.
This is how you filter by labels.
Sorting
Requests are sorted by date by default, showing the newest first. If you prefer a different order, click on “Sort by...” and select your preferred option from the dropdown: by date (newest or oldest first), or alphabetically by title (A–Z or Z–A).
Here you can change the order of the grant requests.
Detail view
Clicking on a grant request opens the detail view. Here, you see all the information submitted by the applicant. For organizational grant requests, this includes details about the organization, contact person, the project, and the specific questions asked by your funding organization. For individual applicants, you’ll see the contact information and request details.
In the Journal tab, you can view internal notes and recommendations for the board (if provided). In the Assessments tab, you’ll find evaluations by your colleagues. On the right-hand side, you’ll see the assessment module.
You can export each grant request as a PDF by clicking the export icon below the submission date. If the administrator has opened a private network for the request, you’ll also see a shortcut link next to the export icon.
At the top of the page, you’ll see how many requests are currently in that status. Use the arrows to navigate to the next request in the selected status.
This is what the detailed view of a grant request from an organization looks like.
Assessing grant requests
As soon as you open the detail view, the assessment module appears on the right-hand side.
If no individual scoring system is activated (available from Partner Plus), you can choose between:
Positive (thumbs up),
Negative (thumbs down),
or Neutral/unclear (question mark).
You may also write an optional comment.
To save your evaluation, click “Confirm” and acknowledge the submission. Once submitted, evaluations can no longer be edited.
Once your evaluation is saved, the request automatically moves from Received to In review, helping you keep track of which requests you’ve already assessed.
