Like members, they cannot edit the organization profile, have no insight into the application management (only into the decision module), and cannot change any settings on your access, payment method, or team. You have the option of assigning different roles in your team (team = all persons who belong to a StiftungSchweiz account), which are associated with different rights. A team member can only have one role at a time. There are the roles of admin, manager, member, and decider. You can decide for yourself which role a team member takes on – the only important thing is that there must always be at least one admin.

Admin

Admins have all rights. They can use all functions of StiftungSchweiz and also change settings on your account, i.e. upgrade or downgrade your account. They can also change the roles of other team members and add new team members or remove existing ones from the team.

Manager

Managers cannot change basic settings such as the organization profile, the application management settings, or your access. However, they can edit project portraits and have access to the donation and application menu items – so they can send and manage grant requests.

Member

Team members who have the role of member have limited rights. They cannot edit the organization or project portraits, have no access to the donations and grant request menu, and cannot change any settings for your account, payment method, or team. However, they can use all other functions of StiftungSchweiz without restriction.

Decider

The team role decider is for funding organizations that use our application and funding management. Team members who have this role can access the decision module of the application management and thus assess the applications received. This role is therefore for foundation board members and other decision-makers in the funding organization. Like members, they cannot edit the organization portrait, have no insight into the application management (only into the decision module), and cannot change any settings on your access, payment method, or team.
